If you enjoy being out in the water on a nice day and you’re a fan of outdoor activities, then I have the perfect plan for you.

First, sign up for a class at Austin Windsorf School and head over to Lake Plugerville Park.

It's a beautiful and spacious park with a 3 mile loop if you enjoy a nice walk.

The instructors will provide you with guidance on how to set up your sail.

Prior to getting in the water, you will learn how to sail and turn.

This is extremely helpful before you actually get in the water.

And then when you start, you may fall a few times.

But the instructors are very patient, they’re knowledgeable and helpful.

And once you get the hang of things, it is a lot of fun.

You will be able to sail on your own in no time.

Then, windsurfing is a workout and you’ll definitely build up your appetite.

So after you finish, I recommend going to Los Chilakillers.

Personally, I would recommend starting off with a chile conqueso as an appetizer.

For entrees, they had the best chiliquiles I ever had.
