I was searching for some peace away from the city,

but it turns out I didn't have to look far at all because I found my new

favorite sanctuary in the middle of Golden Gate

Park on a little island called Strawberry Hill.

we followed the path along the water and took the staircase up the trail,

stopping to look at the waterfall and the people

paddling by in the boats across the lake.

Once we summitted, we took in the incredible city views,

At this point, we were hungry, so we headed back down to find California

I loved their menu of organic beverages and I had to try this beautiful blue drink,

We had an absolute blast checking out the latest pop-up bar in San Francisco.

This cereal-themed cocktail lounge is where nostalgic Saturday

mornings collide with grown up Saturday nights.

We made our way to Westwood and then headed downstairs,

The entire space was decked out in playful cereal themed decor

We couldn't resist snapping a pic with this

shopping cart that was overflowing with cereal boxes.

They even had a Cereal Mascot Hall of Fame.

• The Hokkaido Milk Bread is a must – it was warm and paired perfectly with the different types of butter offered
• If you’ve never had A5 Japanese Wagyu, you have to try it at least once. It’s on the pricey side, but so worth it
• My favorite was the Imperial Tomahawk which was so flavorful and went really well with the creamed spinach and mushrooms
• I loved their Cabernet Sauvignon which was so enjoyable with every bite of the steak 
• If you’re craving for something small and sweet before dinner, check out the Patisserie & Boutique on the Ground Floor
