Koya is a wellness center in South Austin

that hosts community events throughout the month,

and Sister Sweat is an event for only women to unwind,

Began the night by getting to know the other souls at

the event and move to the open sauna and cold plunge.

She guided me through breathing techniques when doing the cold plunge

and even pushed me to go all the way under.

and this was such a beautiful event and so rejuvenating.

Enjoy a nice day on the water by taking a windsurfing class and eating brunch afterwards.

• If you have a helmet, you can bring it to be safe in the event you fall. However, it is not required.
• If you have water shoes, I would recommend bringing them as the ground has a lot of rocks.
• You will be required to sign a waiver prior to taking the class.
• Life jackets will be provided at the location.

At Los Chilakillers in Austin, enjoy a brunch featuring delicious Mexican cuisine like Chile Con Queso and Chilaquiles Divorciados.

• For the entree, I suggest you order the Chilaquiles Divorciados. This will allow you to try two flavors of Chilaquiles.
• The spice level of the foods can get hot, so choose wisely.
• The Horchata Aqua Fresca is delicious to drink along with your meal and you can get one free drink refill. 

Grab Brunch at Los Chilakillers

If you enjoy being out in the water on a nice day and you’re a fan of outdoor activities, then I have the perfect plan for you.

First, sign up for a class at Austin Windsorf School and head over to Lake Plugerville Park.

It's a beautiful and spacious park with a 3 mile loop if you enjoy a nice walk.

The instructors will provide you with guidance on how to set up your sail.

Prior to getting in the water, you will learn how to sail and turn.

This is extremely helpful before you actually get in the water.

And then when you start, you may fall a few times.

But the instructors are very patient, they’re knowledgeable and helpful.

And once you get the hang of things, it is a lot of fun.

You will be able to sail on your own in no time.

Then, windsurfing is a workout and you’ll definitely build up your appetite.

So after you finish, I recommend going to Los Chilakillers.

Personally, I would recommend starting off with a chile conqueso as an appetizer.

For entrees, they had the best chiliquiles I ever had.
