• Plan better than I did (especially if you’re a woman of color) and wash your hair in advance to save the time when you get there
• Bring your own shampoo if you don’t want to use what they provide 
• The post-float shower is important – be sure to thoroughly rinse (especially your face) if you don’t want to have leftover salt stuck to the side of your face lol 
• We were in a single float tank for the content, but the larger one comfortably fits two 
• I wished I’d thugged it out a little longer on the cold plunge – I’ve heard it has great benefits – so hang in there if you can

Don't worry. I was too before doing this, but I heard great things about float tanks

I'm a big fan of treating myself like almost to a fault

We grabbed some CBD drinks for the ultimate relaxation

and the staff gave us a tour of the facility. 

just like the opportunity to relax this place as you covered.

a cold plunge and infrared sauna room and several other services.

After we showered, we plugged our ears and got on in.

So the float cabin holds like 1100lbs of epsom salt

which is why you're able to float effortlessly.

It's giving the dead sea without having to travel.

The magnesium sulfate acts as a muscle relaxer,

anti inflammatory and a detoxification agent and it's hella relaxing.

Eventually, we were brave enough to close the cabin door for the full experience.

But don't worry, you can opt to keep the lights on.

After our float we headed to the fire and ice room to push all sorts of boundaries.

My girl here got in so gracefully and handled it like an actual champ.

Me, on the other hand, I hate being cold, but I also hate to feel like a loser.

So I managed for approximately 0.3 seconds just to be able to say I did it.

which was obviously warm but also really cool because you

can watch an actual show during your sweat sesh.

we walked just around the corner to Feng Cha for another little treat.

I got the Thai iced tea and she got a Vietnamese iced coffee

and it was just what we needed to round out the day.

We started out with the Forbidden Kingdom,

These mini caviar baked potatoes were bite sizes of perfection,

and their whipped ricotta with honey was so delicious,

We also got their chilled oysters with the rose mignionette,

Now you all have to try this Wagyu Sirloin Cap Coulotte.

Ended the night with the most incredible white chocolate cheesecake ever,

Where you can soak in absolute mineral perfection

amongst the amenities such as a yoga studio,

During our experience, I was especially impressed by how clean the atmosphere was

and how friendly and accommodable the staff were.

The lockers were absolutely incredible and

provided you incredible amenities such as

secluded locker spaces where you can actually

lock your belongings and keep them safe, private

rooms, and truly everything that you would need to have a full fledged experience.

The dining and bar area did not skip a beat. It had some very healthy and tasty options

with a full bar to accommodate any drink of your preference.

We decided to go with the mocktail and alcoholic Manea Sunset

which had rum infused tropical properties

and we got the three cheese flatbread, which absolutely was to die for these.

We were set up in a cute little cabana style where we had the view

in our midst and we were able to relax and enjoy each other's company.

and it's nice because your pass actually includes three

hours for you to roam around the property and get the most out of your experience.

We went to the European region which had really warm waters.

I had to try the cold plunge and guys, I don't know about you,

This is not for the week, but I highly recommend

then I had to head over to the sauna to warm up

a bit as the cold plunge was not particularly for me,

but the sauna was quaint and very secluded.

We hit up every single region and it was truly hard

for me to decide which one I liked the most.

We noticed the lights were in the pool and it made for a very atmospheric experience.

Before we wound down for the evening. We hit the fire pits which go on at 7 p.m.

I highly recommend visiting this incredible property.
