You're probably wondering how I got on a yoga mat in a field full of alpacas.

I made a trip out to TX-ture Farm in Aubrey, Texas just to see if it was worth it – and it is!

we were greeted by the cutest puppies who introduced

alpaca yoga is just so next-level. They won't jump on you or anything,

We had a 365º degree view of alpacas snacking all around us while we did a vinyasa flow

that you're definitely gonna feel in the morning afterward.

We got to hand feed the alpacas and get to know their funny personalities.

The owner of the farm knows every single one of them by name.

we celebrated with a complimentary glass of

their lavender champagne from their lavender fields

and they actually host a lavender festival that I can't wait to go to.

• We had on aprons throughout class, so our clothes didn’t get very dirty. Dress comfortably, as class is about 2 hours long.

We were very excited to make this sushi and chef Josh

did an incredible job explaining everything and doing live demonstrations.

He is such a master at this craft. So we were ready to try it out.

The first roll we made was a California roll and please note they are

way to cut sushi and I tried my absolute best.

It did come out pretty decent and it tasted even better. I was so excited.

We drank our ale throughout the class and Cynthia even got to make a spicy tuna roll,

which she absolutely loves and it came out very well.

We had so much fun and learned so much along the way. Thanks to our chef.

Book the Touchless Wellbeing

After a long day at work, there's nothing I would love more than a spa day.

We heard that the Spa at the Thompson Hotel

had a new service called “Touchless Wellbeing,”

they gave us some herbal shots to flush the toxins out.

Watch out though - it's a bit spicy. Then we went to the changing room

where we were provided with a locker with a robe and slippers inside.

got to experience infrared and blue light therapy.

but my fav part was the leg compression therapy.

Afterwards, we headed back into the changing room

so we could head into the infrared sauna.

So after about 10 minutes, it was time for us to do the eucalyptus steam room.

You're supposed to stay in there for another 10 to 15 minutes or so,

Then we got some snacks and hot tea before heading out to the rooftop terrace

I was not looking forward to doing the cold plunge out here.

but I couldn't bring myself to go farther than my knees, which I consider a win

I WAS looking forward to the hot plunge though and it was very easy

unlike the last one. This is where we spent most of our time and watched the sunset.

This immersive museum features the Dreamland exhibit

We wandered into this vintage motel installation that had a

secret closet door that led to the Sprinkle spa room.

There's fun music playing throughout the entire exhibit.

So dance your way through those photo ops.

Each installation is behind a door in this pink hallway,

but we popped into the Neon Dreams Gym first.

y'all have to get photos in this red deified studio surrounded by mirrors.

Our favorite interactive art installation was this one called The Journey Home.

Chico room and a reminder to stay sweet as you head into the

cutest cocktail lounge I've ever seen in my life. As a sweet treat,

We got the cotton candy and I ordered this

delicious pinky out cocktail that you have to taste.

I'm an artist myself and I really enjoyed this exhibit.

I don't know about you, but we love a good movie night.

So tonight we're heading to Fort Worth to try

out a unique screening at Rooftop Cinema Club.

we headed upstairs and went to the Box Office to pick up our headphones,

which you use to listen to the movie on and to pick up our popcorn,

which we upgraded our tickets to include.

In addition to popcorn, they have plenty of options for snacks,

food, and drinks to keep you fueled up and then a bar

if you're looking for some more fun. While you wait for the movie to start,

there's a cute little area that's great for pics and to play some fun tabletop games.

we headed towards the chairs and picked our

favorite spot. And the chairs are surprisingly comfy.

The best part though was getting to watch a movie on a

rooftop in the middle of downtown with the city lights all around.

It really was a unique experience that you just have to see for yourself.
